and here is the news....

Following the success of Tactile 2011 at Resonate arts house in Alloa the exhibition has now moved to Edinburgh (right that's enough of my peter sissons impersonation)

Yes we've moved to the big city (you mean there are places in this world other than Alloa, i hear you cry) Tactile is now settling in at The Sewing Bee Cafe, 360 Leith Walk, Edinburgh. This is a brand new venture like an internet cafe but for sewing machines (for you to use, not for sewing machines to go to and check their mail !!!) and a perfect home for Tactile until January 8th 2012.

The photo is of a beautiful scarf by Edinburgh based textile artist Lynn Wilson.

So if you missed it in Alloa you have another chance to go touch...

You can still see the catalogue online in the original tactile post.

AND....there's more

Resonate are holding a christmas soiree on 8th December 5pm-7pm where I will be showing some ways of ecofriendly wrapping for christmas as well as a stall of my wares. Along with lots of other lovely local crafters and artists and there will be some special one night only offers in the arts and crafts supplies shop and as if it couldn't get any better there's mince pies......yipee..

Resonate is at: Unit A3, North Castle street, Alloa, Fk10 1EU

All are welcome
